Local orders above $80 enjoy complimentary standard courier delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days upon successful payment verification.

Local Standard Shipping

A flat shipping fee of $4 applies to all local standard deliveries.

All shipments include tracking, with delivery notifications provided by the courier on the day of delivery. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may be extended for orders containing backordered items.

Delivery Schedule

Local doorstep deliveries are carried out during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for order processing, dispatch, or courier deliveries.

Failed Deliveries

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will arrange redelivery on the next working day, with up to three delivery attempts included.

Should additional delivery arrangements be required following multiple unsuccessful attempts, a $4 redelivery fee will apply.
